Dear guest.

Thank you for choosing our home as your holiday accommodation.

To keep it pleasant for everyone, we have drawn up a few house rules.

1. We expect you to manage our home as a good house father / house mother for the duration of your stay. Keep the home and all furniture in good condition. Take into account the sometimes strong wind. The doors at the front in particular catch a lot of wind.

2. Only 2 vehicles are allowed to park inside the gate.

3. The home is large. If you are upstairs, you will not hear if uninvited guests enter through the front door. Also lock the front door when you are in the home.

4. The home is located in a residential area where not everyone is on holiday. Please take this into account. As a guest, you are not allowed to make excessive noise at a level that is disturbing to the neighbours. Quiet hours are from 22:00 - 08:00.

5. Only use the kitchen utensils present on the stove. Keep the ceramic hob clean. Do not burn anything or scratch the ceramic hob. Clean the ceramic hob after each use.

6. Do not leave the stove and/or oven unattended.

7. Do not place warm or hot objects on the kitchen counter.

8. You are staying in the tropics. For hygienic reasons, do not leave any waste, food or used dishes in or outside the apartment. All waste (including glass and plastic) must be stored in the waste container outside the home. Store food in the refrigerator and clean your dishes after use.

9. Using the AIR CONDITIONING. Close all windows when you switch on the air conditioning. The air conditioning is an inventor air conditioning. When you press the ON button, the air conditioning starts, it first carries out a few measurements and then starts again after about 30 seconds. A difference in outside/inside temperature of 6 degrees is considered most comfortable, so 24 degrees is the best setting. Turn off the air conditioning after leaving the bedroom. Please note that electricity is expensive in Curacao

10. There is no daily cleaning service. Although bed linen and bath towels are included in the accommodation, a daily cleaning service is not included in the rental price.

We recommend that you bring beach towels. It is not permitted to take towels out of the house.

11. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

12. All damages will be deducted from your deposit.

13. Check-out is at 11:00. Check-in is possible from 16:00.

14. The lockers in the bedroom must be opened upon departure.

17. Water up to 2 cubic meters per day is free, extra EUR 10, - per cubic meter.

Electricity up to 40 kWH free per day, extra EUR 0.50 per kWH.
